Scott E. Agulnick is a second-generation litigator and an insurance claim litigation attorney. His education and career path have successfully been aimed at becoming one of New York’s top legal strategists. Immediately after receiving his BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  Scott attended Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, received a highly sought internship at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, a position as student legal specialist position at the New York City Law Department, and was selected to work on cases at Cardozo’s highly regarded Innocence Project, devoted to exonerating the wrongly convicted through DNA evidence.

After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Scott was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York where he handled thousands of misdemeanors and felonies. During his tenure under District Attorney Charles J. Hynes, Scott served in Brooklyn’s renowned Domestic Violence Bureau and Felony Trial Bureau. Thereafter, Scott brought his advocacy skills and passion for litigation to a prominent Manhattan firm focusing on criminal and civil litigation and personal injury law.  In 2005, Scott formed Greenblatt & Agulnick, P.C., where he focused primarily on insurance claims and coverage, leading to countless successes in both trial and appellate courts in the area of litigation and insurance coverage.  Scott has lectured regarding claims handling during Superstorm Sandy, while handling more than 500 Superstorm Sandy claims.  In 2021, Agulnick Kremin P.C. was formed to continue fighting for the rights of policyholders.  Scott handles all aspects of insurance coverage disputes, property damage litigation, and coverage matters.  Scott has been selected as a SuperLawyer in the area of Insurance Coverage in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024

Todd D. Kremin is a commercial litigator and business counselor with experience representing  corporate and individual clients across the United States and abroad in a wide range of industries.  A former partner at an AmLaw 200 firm, Todd draws on the experience and training to provide Agulnick Kremin clients the depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and responsive service that each client requires to meet their critical business objectives. 

Todd maintains a diverse business counseling and litigation practice focused on representing corporate and commercial clients, and their directors and officers, throughout the business cycle.  Todd's clients rely on him to assist their businesses through corporate formation and negotiating vendor agreements, advise them in connection with complex business transactions, and litigate disputes involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Todd regularly advises corporations, partnerships, non-profits, and individuals across various industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, insurance, and non-medical professional services.

Complimenting his other practice areas, Todd also maintains a robust insurance-advisory practice providing counsel to insureds, risk managers, and insurers on exposures involving securities fraud, cyber risk, foreign exchange losses, professional liability, and other corporate and individual risk arising under directors and officers, financial-related lines, professional liability, fidelity, healthcare regulatory, transactional risk, and commercial general liability insurance products.
